You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store it solely for operating and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
You may delete your content at any time.

3. Generated Output

The Service generates drafts, suggestions, or content (“Output”) based on your inputs.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and legality of any Output before using or publishing it.

We are not liable for:

  • Mistakes or inaccuracies in generated content

  • Damages arising from reliance on generated content

  • Any consequences of publishing content to LinkedIn or other platforms

Output is provided “as-is.”

4. LinkedIn Integration (Optional)

If you choose to connect your LinkedIn account, you authorize Beacon Blueprint to publish or schedule posts only when you explicitly request it.

We do not:

  • Access your private messages

  • Collect your password

  • Post without your action

You may disconnect LinkedIn at any time.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require payment or a subscription.

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Allow recurring charges for subscription plans (if applicable)

  • Understand that fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We may change pricing with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with Beacon Blueprint — including software, branding, design, and algorithms — belongs to us.

You may not:

  • Copy or replicate the Service

  • Use our trademarks without permission

  • Create derivative works based on our platform

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate hate speech, harassment, or defamatory content

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Train external AI systems using our outputs

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
